New Clothes?
I'm a little over 5 months out from surgery. I bought a pair of skinny leg jeans a few weeks ago. Not only did they look decent, it felt pretty darn good as well. I've purchased work out clothing more than anything. My work/regular clothes are definitely looking baggy. Since I've hung onto clothes over the years, I have several sizes just waiting for me. Every few weeks I clean out the closet, the too big clothes go away - because I'm NEVER going to need them again.

I Love My Coffee
I too gave it up for a little over a month. I love the hazelnut black only.

A tool just as powerful as wls
Hi AussieSam, That's great. I've tried it too this past week. I wasn't able to drink it before every meal, but I managed to get it down once a day. I'm a member of the slow losers club, 2 - 3 lbs a month has been my speed. But this week the scale is reading 3 lb loss. I've found a brand of evo that I can tolerate, so I'll give it another go. I hadn't noticed any increase in energy, but I'm not taking as much as you. Thanks and keep in touch, LisaLou

Setting up my fitness pal
@@Jessica Radcliff Yeah, I'm not exactly sure how she calculated it, but I've been sticking to it as close as possible. I feel real good about the results so far, and that's what matters to me.

What is one guilty pleasure you cannot give up
@@Babbs i did myself a favor for sure at the age of 20 and stopped the cream and sugar. But that smell of hazelnut in the morning is just too much heaven for me to give up.

@@AussieSam 30 mls of extra virgin olive oil is about 240 calories - if you drink that before 3 meals a day that's 720 calories a day, do you count that toward your daily calorie goal? Or do you not worry about that?

December sleevers
I'm 4 months post surgery, sleeved December 17th. Down 47 lbs, and I feel better than I have in years. I may be loosing a little bit of hair, it's hard to tell because of the menopausal hair loss I've had for the past year. I'm not sure how to tell the difference. I had a little bit of bleeding gums, but I increased my Vitamin C with a chewable and it seemed to do the trick. I feel so good, I have no complaints. I'm happy that I made the decision to have this surgery.

Isopure drinks
I've been drinking them since before my surgery. I'm 4 months out now and I still have one from time to time. They have to be very cold, over ice is best, anything less is not so good

What it feels like to be a VIP and getting into this Lounge....
I signed up for the VIP because of the "fewer ads", as my web browser was constantly shutting down. To my surprise, it hasn't happened since. Just sayin'

How many people kept Weight Loss Surgery a secret ?
I told 3 family members, 1 friend and my boss. When I was going through the process of getting all the tests that needed to be done before surgery, I had so much negative unsolicited advice from..... the lab techs - to the psychologist to the x-ray techs to the cardiologist. Everyone of them tried to talk me out of it. I decided then just not to tell anyone and avoid any negatives to something I knew was going to be such a positive experience for me.
