Hi!! I was wondering if anyone here has MS or knows someone who does and had the sleeve... I have ms and my surgery date is 1/7... So excited.... But just wondering how others with ms fared ?

I did the same thing... I was 218 at surgery... Doubted me having surgery... I was losing fine on the preop diet... I could do it myself... Then I thought... Doing it myself for all these years has gotten me to 218... I'm glad I went through with it!!!

I'm a week postop... On the clear liquid diet and I am so tired of it already... Any ideas on food clear things to eat I am living on water tea broth and ice pops and my favorite Jelep so if you could let me know what you guys have done for the postop liquid diet that could help me!!

Hey! I had mine 4 days ago.... Feeling good... But the gas is horrible!! Finally passing it, and can yawn without hurting! I am also sleeping reclined... Onto the next step...

Hi! Just had surgery 3 days ago... They put in a drain.... Took it out when I was released... That was easy!!!

They don't need to know... Do for you ... If your mid management I'm sure the surgery won't dampen your drive or spirit. ❤️

I'm here in Bellevue... ❤️evergreen but they kept losing my referral ... So I went to Overlake Metabolic Bariatric center ( at the hospital) they are phenomenal!!! I have a date 1/7/15... Dr Nguyen is very thorough... I have medicare.... Be firm with your pcp that you need this... Tell her Nothing worked...tried all the diets...

As a former medical social worker... Please take this always be kind to nurses and staff... THEY are the ones that take care of you.. The drs just sign off on it..they're the ones that get things done!!! Respect....

Wear!!?? I want to wear anything that small medium or large not extra-large or extra extra-large.... Jeans... And a medium white t shirt... That's what I want to wear!!

I'm 4days into my pre-op diet... 3 protien shakes and a lean cuisine and 1/2 cup of veggies... I have done cleanses before but this is really emotional this time.... I'm a bit afraid of the surgery... This is just big step I have to do for myself and my family...

OMG are you my twin!! My surgery is and I am in the middle of a sobbing match today with all my protein drinks and my lean cuisine tonight!!! Every emotion possible today bawling at the slightest thing!!! Husband and two daughters and they have to eat so I have a house full of food and I'm only allowed protein drinks and a lean cuisine.... I was staring at our fruit bowl today crying... My doing in my starving myself why can I just go on this protein shake forever... But you and I both know that will gain it all back plus some after the diets over because something else will look so good usually chocolate cake and will gain it back tenfold.... I'm going to tough it out cry feel miserable have my surgery next week and things I think will get a lot better.... Pick college friend lost close to hundred 25 pounds getting the vertical sleeve.... She looks great and feel so much better about herself... Nine months out he's able to eat proportionately, leads of protein and then the vegetables.... Right now I'll eat any vegetable that's put in front of me!!! ❤️❤️❤️
