Use that support to your advantage! You are not alone! I'm 11 days post op and the pre op diet was by far the worst part. My tonsillectomy a few years ago was WAY worse than the VSG surgery. You've got this, sister!

Yes, ive seen that some people only get a liquid diet .. That would suck, im glad i get a small meal.. I know i will be miserable the next 14 days as well but wayyyyy worth it.. Just trying to think of all the positives

I'm 4days into my pre-op diet... 3 protien shakes and a lean cuisine and 1/2 cup of veggies... I have done cleanses before but this is really emotional this time.... I'm a bit afraid of the surgery... This is just big step I have to do for myself and my family...

Today was a sucky day for me ....I'm soooo hungry...protein shakes have all sorts of bloated and gassy and let's not mention THE RUNS ....mamma wants a hot meal :0(

Oh noooo.. Today my family ordered pizza for new years eve... I had a lean cuisine tiny pizza thing instead.. It sucked but at least i can eat one small meal a day :( im sorry.. Just count, down the days and remember how skinny u will be from all of this..

A lean cuisine sounds like heaven to me right now but I have to have 90 gm of liquid protein , an apple and a banana each day ... No mention of anything else .....my doctor doesn't play so I'm not wanting to take any chances. ...your LUCKEEEEEE
