  1. Hi everyone I was banded on the 5th of november and am very anxious to visit my dr on the 19th for my first post op visit....can't wait to see if i have lost any weight....I feel great and have had no nausea...but am really struggling with the protein shakes I don't like the taste of them. Any advice?
  2. Well today I am 9 days post op...everything seems to be going ok so far. I am felt wonderful and have not had any nausea. The only thing I am having problems with is the protein supplements. I can't tolerate the taste of the protein shakes.....I don't mind the carnation instant breakfast drinks, but that is about all. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am eagerly awaiting my first dr's visit next monday on the 19th. I think I have already lost some weight and can't wait to see how much. My starting weight was 272...so we will see!!! I am glad to have found this website...Good luck to all my new friends!
