  3. Before 298lbs. After 225lbs and I almost have abs.
  4. Amazing isn't it? All the times we tried to lose weight in our lives and failed.
  5. I had the same issue last year at six flags where I almost couldnt fit in the superman ride. It was embarrassing and I felt so bad cause my son loves roller coasters.. Its a great feeling now isnt it?
  6. August of last year vs August of this year 6 months post op and 2.5 lbs from goal weight!!!
  7. In the first AFTER pic you kinda look like Maggie from the Walking Dead. Great job!!
  8. NICE!!!! What waist size were you to start with?
  9. Thanks!!! I been stuck in the low 230's for a few weeks now, think that just my natural frame..
  10. before and after 5 months out!!! From a 47 waist to a 36. Im 5 lbs from goal weight, 296 to 230lbs!
  11. Great work!!! Wait to see how the weight just falls right off man!!
  12. 4 months post op and only 10lbs from goal weight of 225. Killing this ****!!! I have a little loose skin right around my naval but thats pretty much it. from 300 to 235 in 4 months I expected much more.. The shorts i have on barely buttoned last summer and were really tight, gave me muffin top...Its amazing I feel so comfortable now, even in the extreme heat I barely sweat. Went to Las Vegas and it was 116 out and I barely was breaking a sweat, before I would sweat in 60 degree weather..
  13. Here is a split screen. The picture on the left was from 2015 one year after backing out of surgery the first time. It was the picture that persuaded me to revisit the idea of getting surgery again.
  14. i had my 1st appointment on Jan 5th and just completed the entire process and am scheduled for Feb27th. It depends on how fast you can knock out the required steps prior to surgery.
  15. Keep up the good work guys! Its all about being healthy!!!
  16. I am going in on the 12th and Im in the same boat. Im nervous and second guessing my decision...But I look at it this way, When was the last time you saw a 300lb 80 year old??
