  1. I was freaked out when I first heard of the eval as well. It's not that bad. Mine was about 15 - 20 min. with the Dr. and then 500+ questions on a computer-- most of which were easy to say yes or no on. I didn't even know this site existed when I had mine so I'm glad it's here.
  2. Thanks for the website.... I just ordered my sampler pack!
  3. I am new to the boards but so far have loved what Vinesqueen has to say -- seems pretty good advise to me. As a side note, I am not familuar with the support group. I live in Edmonds, Washington and was banded 8/3/05 and really need a group any suggestions?
  4. Hi! My name is Julie -- I was banded by Dr. Clinch @ Evergreen August 3rd. I'm in the liquid stage and found that I was getting really dizzy. Dr. said he had put the larger band on me and the fluids were just going through. After my one week visit today, I was told to drink Gatorade as I'm not getting enough salt. My liquids have pretty much been water, tea and crystal light. I've had some tomato soup but other than that not much. Dr. said I should be trying to get 60 grams of protien now. Any suggestions? P. S. I've lost 8 pounds in the one week since surgery. ONLY 167 more to go!
