I'm down 31 lbs. Might not seem like much, but I only have 15 more to go till goal! Everyone seems to be doing great! Keep up the good, healthy work!!!

I have lost 40 pounds, 30 post-op. I feel great, have a lot of energy and am really happy. Just cleared by dietician for fruits, nuts, seeds, skins etc., now I have no restrictions ( other than Protein first) - had a strawberry today, so good!

How is everyone doing? We just hit the 3 month mark! I am down 56 lbs since surgery and feeling better with each day. ????

Mine was removed during my sleeve surgery. He said rapid weight loss causes issues and during the approval process for the sleeve we found out it needed to come out. Good luck, hopefully you figure it out without more surgery.

I heard a good tip for buffets. You should go last in your group, if your first up you will be finished first and tempted to go back.
