    Not much weight loss...

I had my surgery Nov 12th ....i have lost 26 pounds...so I am kind of like you . I have been diligent about getting in my Protein and not going over 1000 calories a day . Most days i stay around 800. I KNOW i am doing everything I can...I just figure I am a slow loser...but as long as the scale is going down...and not up ...I am happy . ANd for the most part I am not hungry so it does make it easier to eat right.
  2. My doctor said to expect loose BM's when on full liquids. So did my nurse in the hospital. I am sure once foods with more texture are introduced it will be differant.
  3. I will be two weeks out on Wednesday Nov 26....most of my BM's have been mostly watery and I also get terrible cramps wiith it. It my understaning this is very normal. Liquid in...Liquid out. I kind of expected it.
  4. I know EXACTLY what you are talking about . I get it everytime i turn or stretch a certain way. Even getting dressed. I do think that is the area where most of the work was done. Burning / searing describes it perfectly !!! I don't know about everyone but I certainly get it. My surgery was Nov 12 BTW

Slow weight loss one week out...Ideas?

I was sleeved on the twelfth . Waited a week to weigh myself only to find that i GAINED 8 pounds. So don't feel too bad. I am feeling frustrated also. I am been doing everything I am supposed to . I just don't get it . I would be inpossible to gain weight on eating less than 600 calorie a day!!
  6. I have read about all the tremendous losses in the first week...I got on the scale and i am actually 8 pounds heavier!! did anyone else have this experiance? So depressing!!!
