Hi, I'm Sue. I decided to have a gastric sleeve procedure when I reached 294 pounds. It was earth shattering to know that I weighed more than a football player. I was 62 at the time and afraid that I couldn't have the surgery because I was too old. But I'm in relatively good health, so it was a go. It's once of the best decisions I've ever made.  My surgery was on Sept. 29 and I've lost 27 pounds. Help me! I'm shrinking. The loss of body size is amazing. I do have a question through. How in the world do I get enough protein for one day without eating too much? I have the Unjury protein powder that I stir into some things, which helps. But I'm still not getting enough. If I went back to two shakes a day, I could probably do it. But I don't really want to do that. I'm a little burned out on them. Thanks for your help and it's good to be here.
