I'm day three post op. Feeling a lot better hang in there, sleep as much as you can.

I'm december first too... However, I am in Australia so I'll be 24 hrs before you guys. I am feeling down as I can't stop eating, I'm supposed to be on the liquid diet! It's like they put you in one last diet to fail before the sleeve. I feel disappointed in myself but I take anxiety meds and they make me want to eat constantly. ;( -

Hi ladies! I am about to start my liquid diet 2moro and have a surgery date of dec 1st. Nervous, excited and a little scared. I know I need this although I have a lower bmi I just have battled with my weight for five years and I can see it's only going up not down. I have only recently found this forum and am in Australia so it's great to read and join in on other people's journeys.
