  2. Hello everyone! Well, I think I'm at the point that I'm going to lose all that I'm going to lose. I would like to see a plastic surgeon and see how much to do a lower body lift. Does anyone recommend a doctor in the Chattanooga, TN area? Thanks! Pam Pittman
  3. Hi- sorry to be 4 months later replying to your post- I just saw it! Dr. Sass is my doctor and is wonderful. He will go above and beyond to help you if you have a problem. I do recommend, though, if you have a hiatal hernia- to specify that you want it repaired. Mine wasn't repaired, and I have a horrible time with reflux whenever I have even the slightest amount of fluid in my band. I've been banded 2 years, lost 90 lbs. Hope that helps! Pam Pittman

  5. Hi! I'm being banded this Monday; and my doctor hasn't found an alternative to my Effexor XR. I'm going to follow the advice with the applesauce. My question is- can you swallow enough applesauce (the very next day after surgery) to get it down? I wig out if I miss two doses. Thanks! Pam Pittman
