Congrats on the 10 months!!

Maybe you could work your upper body and abs while you're on cardio hiatus. That would help sculpt your arms, back and middle. More inches off!!

Im new to the site. I just spent a few hours reading your whole journal. You're really something. If I can have the success you've had I will be soooo happy. I think you're a poster child for the band. You've been through some hard times this past year but you still found the time to complete the BFL challenge. Sorry to hear about the knee. But again you've triumphed and got back to the gym. I can see you're getting the nutrition part and your eating and thoughts about eating have improved this past year. Please keep up the good work. I think Im ready for this too.
