  11. I hope you see some results on the scale soon. I know what it's like to be looking and waiting. No matter what nobody else says, if you're addicted to the scale, none of us can make you change that, WTBS, I pray when you weigh again, you see some results!

  16. IDK, I thought we could only hold 4oz at a time. That's like 5 ounces, correct? How long are you post-op? I'm just curious because it takes me forever to get down an ounce, I'm 7 days out, FYI
  17. I'm 7 days post-op and my surgeon requested that I be nicotine free 30 days before but I decided to give them up a little bit before that. My quit date was 9/22/14 with the help of Chantix. They are awesome. I needed a ittlel help because I used to be a heavy chain smoker and if I can quit, you can too. Mainly because there was something bigger in life for me than a cigarette, i.e. WLS You an do it. Good luck!
  18. Dave, we share the same surgery date but let me tell you this. You are AWESOME already. Great story and keep up the goodwork.

  22. I like all of Leslie Sansone's DVDs. Walk away the pounds, etc.. They have power walks, strength training all incorporated into one for at home exercise. Also, if you have Comcast cable , you can go On-Demand for free exercise workouts.
  23. I can relate. I'm 5 days post op.
  24. I'm so glad all of you posted replies to her post. I'm 4 days post op and have been feeling the same way. I must admit though it does get a little bit better everyday. I'm also glad to know that I'm not alone with the Water issues.
