I really have gone back to basics and the gym. Fortunately I have been on a roll I lost almost 28 pounds since September. Considering I had to deal with Halloween candy and thanksgiving I really can't complain. I am only 16 pounds away from where I was. I guess being down 80 pounds from the start of this journey is still good. I would still love another 50 pounds. This site really does help though.

I was banded almost 5 years ago and I lost close to 100 pounds then a couple of years ago I too started making poor choices and did not take advantage of my band. I am now determined to get back to basics. I know how you feel. Good luck to both of you and I am sure you guys will get back on your feet. I will friend you on my fitness pal

I am at a 42. 36 would be awesome. Can't remember being a size 36. LOL
