Becweaves that is awesome I bet you can make it... I just weighed tonight and I've lost some more weight. Most of mine has been since surgery maybe 5 pounds was preop so I'm pretty excited.. how is dairy with you are you able to handle it now?? It really don't set with me but I'm starting to be able to drink a little milk now.
I don't drink a lot of milk but have really good luck eating lots of cheese. I'll have to try some milk and let you know how it does :-)

I am feeling great!!!! I had surgery November 19th and I am down 62.6 pounds! 12 pounds was pre-op and 50 since surgery :-)
I feel great!!!! Best decision I've ever made!
My heaviest weight was 275 and now I am at 212.4.
I am going on a cruise on the 27th of February and I hope that I am under 200 by the time we leave :-) that would be awesome!

I am on a general diet and typically get about 1/2 cup down at each meal. I try and stick with Proteins like chicken, Shrimp, salami, cashews etc for the primary portion of my meal and will add a fork full of vegetables. I snack only sometimes and when I do it's a Protein Bar or veggie straws.
I was sleeved on 11/19 and have lost 62 pounds total - 50 since surgery.

I find it hard to get my water in too! I am doing ok eating but I make sure to take all of my Vitamins because I don't want to lose my hair and they help with skin issues.
I found that zero vitamin water squeezed lemonade is the best and it seems to be easy for me to drink - I typically get 3 20oz bottles down daily.
I've lost 62 pounds total - 50 since surgery on 11/19/2014

I'm in week 6 and haven't had bread yet. I'm holding out because I dint want to start craving carbs :-)

Already getting nasty comments from my brother in law saying I didn't need the surgery I was just being lazy! Feeling really upset!
Ignore him - it may be the first negative comment but unfortunately probably not the last :-(
Hold your head high and know that you are making the right decision for YOU and nobody else!

Have you tried switching up what you are eating? What the heck? I'm 6 weeks out, lost 25lbs but haven't lost a pound in two weeks. I'm walking 3 miles everyday and eating no carbs. Drinking one Protein Shake a day, should I have more? I'm having the dreaded "what if's" this is it! I'm so happy that I've had the surgery but wondering what I'm doing wrong? I'm grateful I've lost 25 but need to loose 50 more to be at my ideal weight. Any input would be appreciated.!

I'm curious. What is it about leftovers you don't like? How in the world (and I don't mean this in a judgmental way at ALL) do you cook 1/4-1/2 at a time so as not to waste mounds of food?
I have a very hungry husband :-) he eats all the leftovers so I never waste anything! And he's 6'6 and 223 so soon I'll weigh less than him!! Woot!

The problem I've found going out to eat is that you pay so much for a meal that you only have a few small bites of. I don't like leftovers at all so I throw them away and feel that I am wasting so much.
The loveless cafe portions are pretty big so unless you eat leftovers, I would pass on going for now.

I work in both Little Rock AR and Radcliff KY and every time I drive back and forth I stop at the Loveless cafe :-) I haven't been since surgery and will avoid it until I can enjoy a bite of a biscuit!

My surgery date was 11/19
I lost 12 pounds post op on my two week liquid diet
I've lost 35 pounds since surgery
I started at 275
I currently weight 227
I've had a really easy time and there have only been a few days that I've just not felt like eating at all. I don't get all my Water in every day but try as much as possible to get close.
