I had my 9 month post op visit with my surgeon yesterday. He was all smiles about my weight loss and my labs. He took my "after" picture. It was very lucky for me that I've been a shopaholic lately and was wearing my new, super cute dress.

I have to get back on track my mind has been so messed up since dec all the deaths in my family have me feeling some type of way...I will get back on track today

i have 1 more weigh in with my 12 month medically supervised requirement and I am down 50 pounds and feeling phenomenal!!

Had my 11/12 weigh in today and pleased to say that I am down 8 more pounds and have exceeded the insco. weight loss goal by 15%!!!

My FAB boss is advocating for me to only have her as a boss and to reinstate me on one campus which means that I could potentially become the Dean of Customized Training and Development! As you noticed, I used the words, 'working on' and 'could' so nothing's guaranteed, so I still keep my eyes open and up head up!

Sneaked in an off schedule weigh in this morning because I had a hunch. I was correct, the post surgical water weight is gone. I now weigh 136. One pound from my surgeon's goal.

goodmorning and my hubby said the same thing cause im bringing my mom to stay with me and he said yes get the operation still don't put it off it will do you some good cause I do have a lot of help but I guess I just don't want to leave my mom cause I have to go 2.5 to get my operation and I may have to stay extra days due to that im not go be in my county its just kinda a lot for me ...I love feed back please keep it coming.....

Sleeved! Had surgery a week ago Friday, feeling pretty good. Following Stage 1 to the letter but haven't been hungry at all. Doing really well so far!
