Love stuffed poblano peppers, I will have to try that. An instant is amazing! It is an electric pressure cooker. there is a whole thread about instant pots on here. You can cook a pot roast that literally falls apart in 30 minutes. It is the best kitchen appliance i ever purchased. It also slow cooks, is a rice maker and even makes yogurt among other things. Because it is a pressure cooker (and a safe one i might add), it literally imparts more flavor into your food. I can totally forget about making dinner until the last 30 minutes and then before I know it, I have a great dinner that tastes like it has been cooking all day long. Google it.
