Coke Zero pre op diet
@@John Michaels I say sure go to for it, if it's pre-op then enjoy it while you still can. I didn't start actually changing my food habits until after surgery (when I had no choice) it wasn't a hard transition for me I just did it. I was never a big soda drinker but if I was and I was cleared by my nut I would have done it. They aren't going to allow you to do something that would compromise you in any way if he/she knows what they are doing. You are saying one can Just during PRE-OP she's not saying that's allowed after.

What's your "weight loss pet peeve?"
@@MrsSugarbabe True , once I've experienced the aggravation of them I have no intentions of seeing them again. It's easier to just snip the sides and toss than get all undressed at work! I've perfected the timing!

What's your "weight loss pet peeve?"
Oh lord I just thought of another one as I was doing it and its probably classified as a big fat TMI and slightly weird ( not something most would share, but I'm a realist/big mouth so..) cutting off my undies! I kid you NOT! I have had to break out the scissors on more than a few occasions and chop those big granny panties right off! I drop weight and buy clothes but new underpants never cross my mind while shopping so they never make it into my cart. The most aggravating thing in the world is having big bunched up undies make a home in places that have no vacancy!! The girls at work crack up but I just can't take it. They already know the scissor hand signal. Don't ask any questions, pass the scissors, add sterilizing to the list of things to do. I'm writing this down on the fridge while it on my mind.

Outside of being healthy, what are you looking forward to most...
@@HopeandAgony Looking like a Victoria secret model!!!! Lol! Ha! Not really, I would say doing a fabulous pin up shoot once I hit goal! Really I've always wanted to do that! I have a friend who had GB and she did one after losing weight, it turned out really cute!

Weight stall
That's the 3 week stall, it's notorious and you should probably just keep off that scale for a couple weeks to not drive yourself nuts!
-
Hypo!
@@Catherine Davis Don't feel guilty, eat before you cause any harm to yourself or others (driving) Maybe you should call your surgeon and see what can be modified, I know quit a few people don't even have to do a pre-op stage at all so it's kind of a surgeons preference. I'm sure he/she would rather you eat something that have something bad happen. Don't stress! If you had called him/her right that instant it was happening they would have told you to eat.....

Preventing Hair Loss?
@ Nothing! Just nothing! Trust me I tried EVERYTHING, the only thing that worked for me was acceptance. But hey, you make be one of the lucky ones. If not its just a phase and it grows back. Keep distracted by the weigh loss!! Sorry I know that's not very comforting but I'm not going to lie to you.

What's your "weight loss pet peeve?"
@@IcanMakeit Yes I agree they should or at least pay a percentage for the people who are really affected by it! I had the exact opposite issue I lost from every where but where I really wanted which is my thick legs! They are finally getting there, I was actually able to zip up a pair of those boots girls are always sporting in the fall. I was so excited! I always wanted to wear that look but my calves where always way to big so they would never zip on me and the plus size extra wide calve ones just looked reduiclous and not flattering. It's the little things skinny people take for grant.

Stop it!
@@Running2theSleeve It's ok to rant, you were obviously feeling overwhelmed about something last night, probably something personal. We don't need to know. I hope you feel better today. The whole process can make people act out in different ways. It's not easy. If you are struggling with the religious side of things I can understand that too. I had some of those same feelings about how God will react to me modifying my body when he made us with his own image. Like tattoos or anything else we hear is a sin ( I have some of those too) anyway if your struggling with that aspect of surgery I can understand. That's something you will have to pray about. I hope you find peace with whatever it is that's bothering you.

Oh many breakfast today!
I still stay around 800 calories a day and I'm 9 months post -op. It's getting harder to do though. It was easy in the beginning. I also try to keep my carbs low. I usually track everything I eat. I just knew it would get harder eventually once I lost so much and it has, now I will have to exercise to get the rest off I'm sure, I didn't exercise at all the first 96 lbs.
