  3. But on a happier note look at this recipe I came across! Low carb pancakes! I'm making this in the am with a side of turkey bacon! Yes please.
  4. YOU guys got in trooooouble!!! I kept my angle wings on through the entirety of this thread! Somebody write that down!!!
  5. @@glitterpockets My husband just bought me a bowlfex Blaze two weeks ago, I've used it once...for 2 mins. I'm going to though (story of my life) If not it's going to be the worlds most expensive clothes hanger????????????
  6. @@glitterpockets That's what they WANT you to do minimum, if you can drink more fluids than that's wonderful, they aren't restricting your fluids they just want you to concentrate on getting the protein/fluids in and focus on that. Nobody would restrict you from fluids on a liquid diet. Unless you are in end renal failure...and your not ???? If It makes you feel more comfortable give them a call and clarify. ????
  7. @@glitterpockets There are ways like...I would take a premier ready made shake, add 4 oz of water to it and one scoop of peanut butter syntrax protein powder, bam 56 grams of protein! The ready made isopure drinks have 40 grams of protein per bottle.

  9. Good! Don't! Hang in there!
  10. No I'm kidding don't do that....Make some ex lax brownies just for her...or I heard Amazon sugar-free gummy bears are good So don't even have to touch her, if you think she's skinny now just wait until she gets hit with the Bowles of hell!! Sorry that's the only nice suggestion I have
  11. @@jas84047 Just smack her in the face! She'll think twice next time before running that big yapper! I'm almost positive HR won't mind. You just get a employee handbook and cut out the pansy part about " work place violence" and pled ignorance!! And if they can't take your side and be understanding to your new found hardship about being around that person then tell them to take that job and shove it, you don't need that stress in your life anyway! Tell'me Elode said so!
  12. @@Dub Nothing it's coming just wait for it.....
  13. This reminds me I want some COFFEE! It's been heck of a day on this site today and I don't want to miss a beat!!!
  14. Nurse practitioner!!! Doing evening shift rounds followed by a ton of office paper work!!! Such will be my life....probably not the actual answer but it fits the question!! xoxox!
  15. @@nomorechubbybutt63 Well if you soak it until it that mushy constancy (puke) than it will be fully liquid!! ☺️
  16. @@Liz5012 That doesn't even make any sense if they themselves had surgery?! Did they lose their brain with the weight and not gain any back with the regained weight?! Weird!
  17. @@ready2B I can't stand it when anyone bashes an overweight person or really anyone else who's struggling. Makes me nuts, I'm a big mouth though so I'm real quick to shut that kind of stuff down, move it along little doggie....I wish someone would try to come talk about an overweight person to me. We'd have a "come to Jesus" meeting for sure! Better just go on somewhere else with all that mess.
