I'm pre op and browsing through the book my nutritionist gave me for my post op liquid phase during week 1 & 2. It says I should consume 8 cups/day of Fluid. 3 cups should be Protein shakes and 5 should be Water, crystal light, etc. How am I suppose to fit in 80g of protein in 3 cups? That's like a scoop of powder per cup of liquid...wouldn't that be disgusting and really...gritty? and thick?
I feel like I'm missing something?
