Good Job! I recently started working out. Back when I would try before surgery, I would always get so tired and sore and not want to get out of bed in the wee hours. Now that I am down some weight and 7 weeks out from Surgery, I find that I love to get up and go in the morning. I don't feel sore or tired and actually feel good about it. Good luck on your 5K training! You got this!

Thank you! It's amazing how much easier it is to move when you've lost a small child from your body! Ha! I feel much lighter and my shadow is pretty dang sexy on the pavement!!
