BA are great Vitamins, as well as Celebrex, fusion, and others. @@Kindle is right though, a more natural option is out there if that's what you want.

Question about vomiting
I have zero gag reflex. While it's a benefit to my husband, I wonder how that will translate after surgery if/when I get too full. I hope I'll be able to get it out!

HOLY. COW. I did not know until today that all of your receipts for bariatric supplements, vitamins, meal replacements, protein, etc. are ALL TAX DEDUCTIBLE because it is a physician prescribed diet. This is the best news ever! I am saving those receipts!!!

You need to talk to your surgeon. I don't think pain like that is normal.

One week to go...and freaking out!
I am banking on the hunger being minimized. I have FEROCIOUS hunger that is the cause of this weight problem. I'm not a grazer or an emotional eater, I just honestly feel like I am starving 90% of the time. That's why I'm dreading pre op diet. But, I know that this tool will work for me, just like it will you, too. Stay positive. That's the very best thing you can do. Don't get caught up in the "what if's", but rather EXPECT to succeed and you will!

Worried about prescriptions - antidepressants
I had my dr. switch me to the tablets to crush. The pharmacist said this was fine for the short term. I plan to crush and mix into a small bite of yogurt or protein shake.
