5 Months Post op today!

  • Popular Post

Hello all,

Today marks 5 months post op. Things are going great!. As of today I am at 172lbs. A total of 70lbs lost. My energy is great and am able to keep up with my two Teenagers and my 11 year old. Now that marching band season is over for my two teens I will start going hiking every Saturday. I use to be in a size 24 and now in a size 13/14. I have 52 more lbs to get to my goal weight. I am able to down my Protein in about 30 mins which is great for me. This whole time I was having problems getting my protein in. I am now getting about 60-70 grams a day. I noticed I lose weight faster when i get in in. I am still having texture problems but trying very hard to get over that. I have 2 more lbs until I can buy myself new clothes(my personal goal). :) Very happy haha. Have a great day !!!!

Very inspiring. I am going to make sure I get my Protein in every day.

awsome!! I was 5 months 2 days ago..I also had been slacking off on the protein from either not being hungry or taste wise myself as well. I to have noticed when I slack off on protein my loss slows down. I am down over 80 and feeling amazing mentally...thx for posting an I am going to try harder to up my protein more consistantly. your doing great!! :)
