  3. Did coconut water after surgery with my shakes. Just make sure it is pure coconut water not some of the sugary drinks
  4. Anyone experience bad breath from their surgery. I heard it is called ketosis or something like that. What did you do to cure it.

  7. Anyone ever tried fish on the puree diet. I am planning on cooking some and mincing it up with some light mayo or mustard. So hard to find things to eat on puree besides cream soups or yogurt I have done thr ricotta bake with puree chicken sausage

  9. I don't understand the dramatic differences between doctor and this surgery. My doctor's has a 1 week liquid opt-in and then 3 weeks puree. To me most of the puree is liquid.
  10. Just hit the puree portion of the diet, had my sleeve on 10/8. No issues with any liquids. Done the puree sweet potato, apple sauce, and cream of Wheat and soft scrambled egg. Looking for some interesting recipes or ideas P.S. I love to cook
  11. I too began to freak a little but I knew whatever the outcome it was in God's hands I said a prayer before going in. My surgery was on 10/8 so far so good got a little dehydrated yesterday so watch your fluids
  12. Not a great topic to talk about. But I had my sleeve on the 10/8, my nurse said I am constipated. Anyone else had this issue and how they resolved it. I have been taking stool softener and laxatives for 2 days since I have been home.

  16. My date is 10/8 excited and nervous.
  17. My surgery is today i too had to go through the 6 months of classes and nutrition seminars. I wish you luck.
  18. Having surgery on 10/8 how was the pain afterwards.
