I'm on day 3 also and I am having a hard time fighting the food temptations around me! I will admit I cheated yesterday by having a few chips that where calling my name, and I logged them in my food journal so I can hold myself accountable, but now I have removed all the bad foods away from me so I'm not tempted and can get back on track. I'm continuing to exercises six days a week and push myself to the finish line.

I am on day 3 of my pre-op and have a wicked headache! I've been napping all day to keep my mind off food! We can do this!!
