Hello Everyone: My surgery date is scheduled for October 8th, 2014 and I am ecstatic. I currently weigh 280 pounds and I am 5'9" tall. I would like to lose 100 pounds by my 50th birthday (July 11th, 2015). WOW...that would be an awesome 50th birthday present to me. I have only told my husband and immediate family about my surgery. Therefore, I would love to meet new friends on here to support each other and to share our experiences.
