there are some seriously passive aggressive people posting on some of these boards....seriously, grow the hell up and if you can't say anything nice (kind, helpful, encouraging, etc.) don't say anything at all!

so many of my meds give me dry mouth so i am drinking water ALL DAY LONG...and i consume 60-80 oz of water a day....i can't imagine not being able to drink like i do now after surgery

1st full day back at home, was a ruff stay at the hospital but feeling better now

Pre-surgery testing and bariatric class done today. Also on day 2 of pre-op diet. So hungry and missing coffee! Massive headache right now not helping either. I will get through this!!!

so excited, tomorrow is my last day on pureed foods and I move to soft foods...I am feeling more and more on top of this every day!!!! Its amazing!!!!

Starting pre-op diet on Wednesday. Cheating my butt off until then!

Got confirmation today, surgery is Monday at 8am :-)

well, i called the insurance company, told them what center i want to use and they are sending out my paperwork...still trying to wrap my head around all of this...there is so much information and only so many hours in a day!

reading some of these posts is freaking me out...hubby just asked if i am ready to do this...said no...he asked me again 3 times...each time i gave the same answer....then i told him to ask me again in 6 months (my ins waiting period)
but the sleeve seems, overall, like the better of the two...IMHO
