Hey....dont feel guilty for eating some sugar free ice cream. I prob would go for sugar free but really i think there all the same. You are going on vacation just go away have a good time and watch what you eat but dont feel guilty if you eat something you shouldnt eat. if you get off track dont feel bad just see it as a new day coming and get back into things again. dont get on the scales everyday hide them away and weigh yourself once a week. If you dont see the scales move then you will lose motivation like i have heaps of times. Thats why you dont get on everyday!!! Anyway i hope this info helps!!!!! Good Luck...Fee

ummmm....no i havent exercised in ages now i have being very lazy, but once im closer to getting my band i will be getting off my butt and going to the gym and prob swimming

Hey Parvathi.....i was going to go to the avenue in windsor to see professor o'brien but then i decided to go closer to home, so i am seeing Mr Peter Nottle he practises at the alfred, williamstown and werribee. Im getting banded at Williamstown hospital. I am so looking forward to it but i need to wait a few months first as i have an infection in my tummy from a previous operation and cant put the band in till that is all cleared up and healed first. I noticed you had yours done at the avenue. Mr Nottle has done over 1000 lapbands so im pretty happy with that. Fee

i also had this same problem last week i went into the section where you can pm someone and you can enter your username and password in there i did that and it worked for me so give it a try, dont log in on the home page and it could work
