Hey Everyone, all went well im pretty sore around the left side of my tummy, and have pain in the left hand side of my shoulder. apart from that im feeling ok, not hungry at all but am sipping on Water all day long. Had some Soup last night and only ate 4 spoonfulls...WOW, i was shocked...lol. after i sip on the water i get this sharp pain going down my spine.Does this mean im drinking too fast??

im getting banded on tues and have the same problem i was wondering the same goodluck with your surgery

Thanx and u did help i think i mostly got upset baecause i actually pmed someone from here personally asking for there thoughts, and they could not even reply to my pm, and that got me a bit upset.

you are 100% right there, i have being watching the thread thanx for the advice that most have given, much appreciated!!! Candysmooch and Thinjen please if u have nuthin nice too say, well dont say it. I have rang a lwayer and said i would have a case on my hands as there is permanent scaring but it could take 6 moths. i have only just found this out, thats why i havent replied any earlier. thanks for your support

firstly, i would like to say isnt this a support group? I have only received one good comment from Jachut. I came on here for support but seems no one can reply to my thread. i have decided that i will not post on here anymore as i dont ever get the support i was looking for

when im banded im just going to have normal healthy meals and prob do the weight watchers points things too. I will make sure that i eat propley but i dunno how i will go about counting calories

yeah like i said i dont wanna sui the doc, but ppl are telling me to. I just wanted to get some of your opinions. i ended up with a hole in my tummy that the infection ate away at. i now have an open wound which the doc wont stitch up he wants it to heal on its own. this all needs to heal before he will put the band in

Hey everyone, i had an infection in my tummy from a previous operation 3yrs ago. it was all infected and 2 lumps appeared and was very sore anyways so i had to go in for an operation. when i woke up from the op the nurse told me that there were 3 stitches left inside me and thats why it was all infected. I freaked out and thought yuk...how disgusting. People are now telling me to go and talk to a lawyer about this but i dont know if i should as im not really that kind of person. What do you all think i should do?

sorry to hear that is there any chance you can swap insurance companies? i dont know what its like over where you are but here in Australia we can swap insurance companies and have no waiting periods. It will all work out for you Keep your chin up
