I found the seminar very interesting. there is an actual lap-band web site from the company that has a lot of information on it it like a 50 page pt. information booklet that you can download. http://www.lap-band.com/about.html I think that this is the site. I found the book very interesting and helpful. but the actual patient insight off this website is awsome. nothing better than the real thing and real people. keep up with those little steps they will make a giant leap one day
  3. Jack in reading your messge on 7/26. I felt so much better. i am being banded on 8/8. and what you said really hit home. It is not what I am about to do but what I have done to myself that I am about to fix. Lifs isn't a job it is an adventure and here I go on another one.. to a smaller healthier better me.   6. I am having surgery at Morristown memorial with Dr. Bertha in NJ
  7. I am sooo nervous and excited at the same time.. I have no idea what to expect. Will I be hungry??? I thnk that is my biggest fear. Being hungry and not being able to eat.. How did everyone do post op. I have been reading the site and it seems that alot of people had problems with gas post-op.. any comments Debbie
