Hi tomorrow I go for my pre-op class and any testing that needs to be done, and I am very excited. :whoo: Just over a month now till I get my lapband..wooohooo:) can use any input one things to do prior to surgery..I have been practicing taking small bites and chewing the dickens out of it.:clap2: I can use any hints to keep from getting into trouble the first few days.. thanks Carol in WA

well I did that and it said it was an invalid url.. grrrrrrrrrrrr will give up for now..Carol

ok am showing my idiot quotient here, Sue, I am not sure what I have done..I went to the site and filled out and they told me to highlight the url and then copy and put it in the message I am writing..l did that and it just copied the url and you can clik on it but it doesn't show the ticker on the post. is this clear as mud? how did you do it for the other lady? Carol

I am trying to get a ticker and it asks me what code I want to copy and paste..help?? what one do I want? Carol:help:

well I guess I didn't look far enough down.. I am having my surgery at Eastside Group Health on Valentines day 2008..they pay for everything. I have had great care with my GHC doctors..and looking forward to get rid of my type II diabetes. the outlook is so encouraging. is there a support group in the Federal Way area? thanks for any help..
