  1. Sleeved 9/22. I eat softer foods but am in solids. Protein first and have introduced veggies. Softer ones cooked like zucchini and broccoli. I do eat salad a lot. I chew it good and my sleeve handles it very well. I too battles with the uncomfortable full feeling but it seems to

Get better and you just kind of know. I eat slowly and take breaks. Tonight for dinner had tuna with light mayo. Maybe ate half the can at most probably closer to 1/4. As soon as I start to feel full I stop. If I feel like what I've eaten is settled I may indulge in another bite. I just listen to the signs of my body. I noticed I used to get one hiccup when I was reaching the to full feeling. Now that's stopped because I seem to know before that now. I do get hungry. I feel an empty growling feeling. It's all about listening to my body more.

  2. How's everyone doing? I'm great! Down 30lbs. 50 more to go! I'm doing good with food and know my limits better and better as time goes on. Not having many issues with food. I did vomit once. I roasted Brussels sprouts and they did not settle well. Haven't tried since lol Im enjoying this new life. I do miss carbs but it hasn't been as hard as I thought! Ps I have one chin!! Hahaha

  3. I love my men with some extra fat! Lol my boyfriend is 6'4 but about 280 he's cute and has a big belly and he enjoys eating my leftovers hahaha! But no really when I decided to get the surgery he became distant and finally I said something to him. He admitted he was afraid id leave him after losing weight. I've always been confident in my size maybe not at my happiest but I always thought I had a pretty face and I dressed for my size appropriately and tried to look nice. I'm 7 weeks post op now and 30lbs down. I've noticed more looks and the compliments are amazing! He is back to normal now. Telling me things like...damn it your boobs are smaller haha joking of course with disappointment. But he compliments me a lot too so I think he's enjoying the weight loss more than he thought he would. So far it hasn't had an impact but I do wonder. Especially when more and more people notice. I have 50 lbs left to goal and he tells me all the time that's too much. Well see :) but yes I truly believe woman are more inclined to like the cute fat boys then the guys are inclined to like the cute car girls.

  4. I eat a lot of salad...usually with tuna, chicken or some kind of Protein added. For Snacks I eat nuts or string cheese or laughing cow. dinner it ranges. Ground beef or turkey stuff in zucchini boats...meatballs...fish...chicken pretty much anything in the meat family. I use sauces to make it wet and easier to digest. No shakes anymore I have them for a fast breakfast etc but I try to get my protein from food. I'm the same also a good 4 bites and I'm full. I keep track of my protein and calories with my fitness pal. I have it set to 1000 and usually don't hit it. Hope that helps!

  5. Keepingmysecrets I'm not a doctor so definitely talk to them first but I had a little bit of coffee one morning. I had not gone in over 5 days and I was taking my colace twice a day with no relief but after I had those few sips of coffee I went! And did that for a couple days and I've been regular ever since. So much so I had the runs and had to stop the colace. Maybe not something you want to do but coffee isn't fattening and I added a little sugar free vanilla Creamer to it but it helped me! Just a thought!

  6. I gained 3 lbs wtf lol I haven't weighed myself since first getting out of the hospital and wth so frustrating. I'm not gonna think about it too much but only taking in 300 to 400 calories a day it should be shedding off.

Finally went out and bought some gas x...it helped so much. May be my new staple for awhile. Still sore here and there but much less that a few days ago. I tire easily

  7. Hey! So glad you started this thread! Yep me too 5 day post op! I feel ok same as you it sounds. Each day gets better. I haven't pooped and I was wondering the same. I feel like it would help the bloat and over all uncomfortable feeling I have in general. It's not horrible thank god! Still taking pain meds here and there but doing more here and there. But tore out fast. I have cold sweats often too which is weird. It's rather warm and humid here in Cali at the moment but I was thinking maybe all the drugs sweating out of me or something? I don't know. Not taking in much food or liquids I guess I should say. I think pooping would help all around lol

  8. Got sleeved on the 22nd. Feel pretty good still sore and still getting used to things. Haven't pooped yet :( take my colace twice a day but not eating much so maybe that and plus the pain meds hopefully it happens soon. Only weighed myself once so far and I was down about 20 lbs since starting my 5 day pre op till now. Haven't lost since though. Which is weird considering I'm only taking in about 400 calories a day. Each day getting better though. How is everyone feeling? Feels like a lot of stuff happening in there lol
