Thanks for all the replies! I really don't take the scale that seriously and I know my weight is going to be different from morning to night. I was really just curious to know how many others hop on the scale as often as I do:)
I'm having a love affair with my scale and I can't seem to end it. I weigh myself everyday when I first wake up and before I go to bed. I'm sure this is abnormal but I can't stop. Am I the only one who suffers from this scale addiction?
If you don't have a positive response I would appreciate it if you keep your thoughts private. Please and Thank you.
Thanks for your words of encouragement ladies! They were very much needed. The good news is that since I got my fill I have noticed a change in my food intake AND I've already lost two more pounds!!!

Needless to say I gained a little bit of weight back because I was eating more. Thank the Lord I only gained a pound though. Thanks for your responses and suggestions. The gas and the pain have both gone away for the most part I am super excited about that! I found that good ole Gas-X works best for me.

I was banded w/plication on 1/25/12 and I have lost a total of 20lbs. YAY ME!!! (I have a mini mental celebration everytime I lose a pound ) I have had minimal complications thank God. The one annoyance that I have had since my surgery is a sharp pain in my my left shoulder. It drives me a bit bananas, but I'm not so concerned about it anymore because it seems as if this is a common occurrence after being banded.
