  3. Great! So excited for you!
  4. I have pcos and ins. Res. Too. I'm sure it's all gonna work out just fine!
  5. no I haven't had them, surgery on Jan 15th, I don't have a clue how they are or if I will like them, I just want to have a small assortment of soft foods, I need a few portable things like this too that don't require me to do much prep. May never even eat them but I'd rather be prepared with choices than not.
  6. I mix any of the Nectar with water every day.
  7. The pics do that sometimes. Freaks everyone out at first. You are the only one that sees it that way.
  8. I never had the fears of giving up foods until I was like a week into the pre op diet. So I think it's just that cuz I've had other strange random thoughts since I've been on it to lol.
  9. Are you taking vitamins or started your vitamin regimen for post op? I'm taking all the post op vitamins and I have been fine. Just a thought

  13. Awesome that you didn't give in. I do that in the late evenings and know that when I wake up in the morning I will feel better, not have those cravings, and be so glad that I didn't give in. But I have to say that my dr changed my diet from two weeks to one, so technically I don't have to start til this thurs but I ate yesterday and I'm starting over today. Been on it since Jan 1st exception for a couple meals so I know it won't kill me lol
  14. Great ideas! I ended up having just a few bites it was all low carb, salad n crab, anyway at my final appointment yesterday my doctor told me one week was fine instead of two! Anyone else would have been mad because I've been on it since Jan 1 except for one meal n those bites but I don't mind cuz I like the weight I lost. But believe me when my half a day of appointments was done. I went and ate! But in starting over today, but I don't really have to until Thursday. Thanks!
  15. If you're like me you will regret it as soon as your finished.
  16. Great! And you didn't lose your boobs! I told my fiance I'm not afraid of losing my boobs because I always had them. They're not all fat lol.but that they'll probably be lower and shaped differently lol.
