Are there any out there? I know there are. Just need someone to commiserate with!

Had a shake and greek yogurt this morning. Now on Clear liquids for the rest of the day. It's a good thing I like Water. I added a little lemon essential oil. My stomach is already talking to me about how I am neglecting it!
