Ok I have a question.... How do I get the "Body weight Ticker"? For the life of me I can't figure it out....

    CA-SF proper

I am in Larkspur and looking for others in the area who have had or will have surgery. I had VSG on 9/10/14 and have lost 15 lbs so far. It's been quite a journey so far and worth every minute of it! i am so happy I did this!

@@Jessiegirl30 I know what you mean about what will and won't go down and the volume... Some people have stopped inviting me over to eat because I've had surgery and can only eat a little. This hurts...I still want to be sociable even if I eat very little it is nice to be invited 'Then again maybe I am being too self centered... I don't know. This too shall pass.

@auntiemel- I know what you mean! The 2 week liquid Protein phase can be difficult...I am at week 3 and on cottage cheese, yogurt and tofu(STILL trying to find a recipe to make it taste good!) Just remember what your goal is. I have taped a picture of a thin girls body on my mirror to remind me wy I need to stick on program... Hang in there. This too shall pass and change is on the way. Try and stay busy so not to think about it. i lime to drink the Isopure 40 gm Protein drinks...they have a lot of flavor and aren't thick. Good luck!

I know what you mean kimberly...I'm in the same boat. It is VERY difficult to stay on just that + tofu. I am dying for a salad...something ALIVE! Hang in there! We will persevere!

    Liquid diet

I am post op and have been advised to follow liquid diet for 2 weeks... Boy did I get tired of Isopure drinks and liquids in general...I have now finally transitioned to soft food for a week or 2. I have been given a very specific list and order in which to add them to my diet.. I am looking for task ways to cook tofu... Congratulations on everyone's hard work. In my humble opinion, this is definite not the easier softer way! But i have been assured if I follow directions I will continue to lose and reach my goal weight.
