I have had my ups and downs in the past 11 weeks post Sleeve. Never a regret, but a few illnesses n stalls... Leaving me frustrated! Well today I hit Onederland. I never thought I would ever see it again. No matter what diet I tried I never even got close. Thank you Sleeve and thanks to everyone's support!!!! I'm here????????

Update, I just experienced the longest stall on record I think... Lol. And this is not one record I want to win! My stall lasted about 5 weeks, I tried everything everyone recommended, but I guess my body just wasn't ready????
Well, it finally broke and I dropped 7-8 lbs in a flash and am now in Onederland ????

Talked to my sister. She comes home tomorrow. Oxygen levels a little low so they are keeping her over night....she is fine though and feeling great. Had pureed barley Soup for dinner. I said she has to be kidding...she said she had 2 sips.
I told her that she should only be on liquids not purees. Dam them...she said she goes home tomorrow and will stick to broths and other liquids for a few weeks. I thanked hand told her that it is wise and I explained why....
She said thanks mom....lol

Surgery done. They were way behind so it was not done until late afternoon. There is a 3 hour difference between our time zones so I do not know anything more then it was successful. YEAH! Can't wait to find out how she is doing today.
Don't know what surgery she had either. They had her down for the by pass. But a possible sleeve.
Cute though I guess even in a groggy state she told her hubby to make sure he called me. he laughed when he told me that......Oh I have such fear and happiness for her. It is almost unbearable!

Thank you all. Your wonderful. I would think that with it all she would have run the other way. But no...She sees how different I am and wants that for herself. I am so proud of her. and hopefully you are right. One nut job per family...me! I want her to have it like Lipsticklady......smooth and easy......

On another note. My butt is doing great. See the Doc on Fri. To find out if he is happy with the fix he gave me.....

My sister is on her way right now for WLS. I am so nervous I can hardly stand it....After everything I have been through she sees it as her only option as I did....

Just got done with my 5 month checkup which included all blood work. Every single result is in the green without the use of Meds. Only Vitamins.< /p>

have you done your blood test for your 6 months check up? You may have some deficencies, (calcium or magnesium)...as for my stomack area i really dont like when my kid plays with me, i am always conscious of the surgery it seems, it is sensitive i must admit. My weird things is with my pelvis and my back, now that i have lost a good chunk of weight its like my center of gravity has switched and some days i cant seems to know how to walk without hurting...weird. And the bone that is sticking out, i think you just lost the weight :-) soon when you'll get out of the shower you will have to empty out the triangular hole ln your shoulder close to your neck lol

I was hauling in 3 ten pound bags of ice over the holiday and thinking to myself how much this weights. I had to chuckle, I used to carry around twice this weight all the time!

first 5K today! Walked all except 1 block (ran across finish line). Next time I run more than I walk. So much fun!

I finally made it! 199 today. Longest stall ever!!!!!

A huge NSV for me this weekend... I went to the southern womens show yesterday with my sisters just like I do every year but this time I was able to walk through the turn style to get in instead of walking around it. I was so excited and thrilled!!!????????????

For the first time in my life, came back from holiday with 0 kg of holiday weight!
On the other hand, my luggage was fulled with 25 kg of new smaller clothes hehehe

I took my first bath since surgery 7 months ago....what a revelation! My belly stayed underwater the entire time!

Well a couple things that are great lastly that I have come to notice. First I saw a mint color pea coat that I just had to have. Right now I am a large top sometimes a medium depending on the style. Wonder s why large wasn't fitting! Tried Xlarge and it fit but then I realized I was in the junior section! XL in juniors cloths, I'll take it. I couldn't ever where junior before. Then I also started to notice at work, when I sit in my chair neither side of my thighs touch the arms of the chair!! It's amazing!!!! No more fat cutting into the arms of chairs what a feeling????

I'm over a week in to my second "plateau". They're not fun, but are par for the course.
My first one lasted 4 weeks. I hope this one is shorter, but who knows Just stick to your plan and the scale will move down again.
If you haven't taken any measurements, there's no time like the present. You'll see going forward that you're losing inches even when the scale is stuck.

WOOT!! Congratulations!!!

Yes! I was sleeved 9/30. I tend to stall then lose a bunch then stall again. It's very frustrating. I'm almost 10 weeks out and the scale hasn't moved in about 5-6 days. It sucks! However, I'm down 51 lbs so I'm happy about that!
