My gastric bypass was done on 9/3/14 Starting wt 195 Currently 155 Can't believe how great I feel & look. 30 to go. I'm so glad that I did not over do on Thanksgiving! Small portions... Hope all of you are doing good!

Isopure has 40 grams of protein that's what was I first used. Today I'm 14 lbs down. Saw md yesterday, was told to buy pure protein from trader joes it's got 35 grams of protein or buy premier protein liquid pre- mixed drinks from costco, also advanced to sugar free Popsicles. I've even given instructions to walk 1 hr 2x per day. I feel fantastic!!!! Just so unbelievable that overnight the weight falls off????!!!

I'm happy everything went well. Sounds like your right on track. Keep walking to push the gas out! Home is easier than you think. I'm post op day # 7, lost 12 lbs so far, can sleep on my stomach. Yesterday I was able to fit in a pair of pants that I wore 5 yrs ago. I feel pretty, what a true blessing. I feel strong. Take good care

My surgery Done on 9/3/14. Gastric bypass This is my post op day 4 Had surgery Wednesday, home thur. The Ist day I walked x 3, last was 6 laps around the floor I was on. I'm drinking 64 0z water, 2 bottles of isopure. I'm making great progress & excited to have my weight drop off. Yeah! No more ankle swelling. The the 9/8 in the morning surgeries. You can do it, be excited. Good luck!!!!!

My surgery is today also!!! Counting down, it's 6am, my time is 7:30. Can't wait to get a new boby
