  3. So weird i did the same thing this week....94.0 yesterday and today 94.6kgs..mind you TOM for me too!! So i take the higher one anyway which means I didn't lose this week!! Bring on next week!!
  4. I hear you...I am also really tired a lot lately (was more tired before though!)...I am worse though when I get to that TOM. So one would think it could be iron related....
  5. :thumbup:WOW Lellow!! Just checked out your progress pics! Watch that tummy shrink...you are looking great!
  6. I felt weird after a mouthful of my Oatbrits this morning......maybe it is kicking in! Well we'll see....now off to mow the lawns
  7. So weigh in this am - 200grams lost (0.5lbs) Not much excercise this week which I am sure didn't help at all! Plus the hunger issue I have been suffering ... it's a loss though :tongue2:
  8. You go Girl!! Don't feel shallow!! I totally understand where you are coming from! Knock em' dead...or not dead because then that would be a horrid wedding but knock their socks off :tongue2:
  9. :tongue2: That is Great Gary!! You must be absolutely stoked!
  10. Another thought I had is that I am coming up on that TOM...I always get the munchies/increased hunger in the lead up to it....so it could just be unlucky timing for having the fill!:tongue2:
  11. And miss out on BONES Jachut ...No WAY! sleep schmeep! Brad I just find it bizarre as I had ok restriction Before that, I mean i could still eat a bit but was able to last longer between meals now I want to eat all the time!! Hopefully I will be over this hunger soon!
  12. I find myself in a bizarre circumstance! I had my second fill Tuesday and have actually been hungrier post fill than I was before the fill!!! Now I only got 0.5ccs put in so I am not expecting better restriction but it is weird how hungry I have been, even today when I am back to eating normally!!! I could eat and eat and eat!! Be interesting to see tomorrows weigh in!
  13. Whilst I head into Summer  I hope I can deal with the heat better this year!
  14. Glad that helped Barburitto!! I was going to post something similar on the other thread you started. Like Abrenner said, it will take people different amounts of time to get to your 'sweet spot' some reach it quicker than others, it just depends on the person. Also making good choices of food is key in that you should aim for food that is nutritionally going to give you the best outcome and also that is not going to just slip through the band! You will also find that you will plateau throughout your weightloss, especially as your BMI lowers. I plateaued for 4 weeks (from week 4-week 8). The weight is coming off now but slowly. You need to get your head around that fact that you may lose weight slowly and that can be hard. I am sure we would all love this to be a quick fix but alas it is not to be! Also don't get discouraged by other people's weight loss, they may be doing more exercise, have a higher BMI or just be lucky and lose easily! and don't compare with guys because they generally lose more quickly than girls! My first fill enabled me to last a bit longer between meals but I could still eat a bit before I felt full...2nd fill today so we'll see what happens  My doc isn't a worrier, they said that until you reach that sweet spot any weight loss is a bonus! I lost about 1.5kgs (3.3 pounds) in the past 3 weeks since my first fill :w00t: In the past if I lost that much in that period of time when dieting I would be disappointed but I have changed my outlook and am trying to be more positive!
  15. HAHAHA I do it too! Or weigh myself and come back a few minutes later and do it again and sometimes in that few minutes I lose 200grams Weird I know but hey I'll take it
  16. I have been eating Chicken Thighs after the dietician told me that they are more moist than the breast. I have been cooking this up with Fruit Chutney and Mild English Mustard in a non stick pan YUMMY!! Like Lellow if it starts to dry out I add a bit of water!
  17. This week I lost 400grams (0.8 pound). Hey it's going down :smile2: Not much in the structured exercise dept with work but I did a LOT in the garden digging for 6 hours on one day and 5 the next etc and that was an AMAZING workout, I was in pain for days. 2nd fill on Tuesday
  18. Good luck Tomorrow!! Hope you have no pain this time!
  19. Woohoo! Keep it up!
  20. Woohoo Lellow!! That is cool! I am glad you are feeling positive
  21. Yay Lellow!! Plus you are also getting lower in your BMI and I think once you hit about where we are now the weight does come off a bit slower....that is what I keep telling myself anyway:lol:
  22. :thumbup:Hehe I have started one too....currently have spinach, lettuce, Basil, Spring Onions, Tomatoes, Oregano and Sage growing! So far only the lettuce and spinach is ready...oh and the oregano and sage also
  23. I weigh usually every day...I can't stop myself But I only take note of my once a week weigh in! I am not one to stress overly on my weight loss, yeah I can get frustrated, but I know this is going to take a while especially with little or no restriction so I don't beat myself up over it! And if I make bad choices I don't kick myself continuously over it. Here in Australia most of the docs say eat a sensible well balanced diet, and if you eat something unhealthy that is ok just don't do it all the time! Everything in moderation. My doc says he doesn't want you to feel like this is a diet! I think it is a personal choice as far as weighing in goes and you should do what you are comfortable with, don't feel pressure to do something because others are!
  24. I lost 600g (1.32 pounds) this week...hey at least it went down!! That is a change on the past few weeks...no excercise as I've been sick....got my first fill....no real restriction...next fill 2 weeks away. Got an extra long weekend this weekend
