Can't wait to get a good full nights sleep. Large incision hurts the most. The shakes...ughh! No bowels yet ;( I am going to take colace tonight to see that gets anything moving. Other than that small improvements each day. We got this!

5 days out I am feeling much better. Each day I feel a tad better. The large incision feels like a I have a peach rolling around in there. Sore but better. I hope the rest of you are feeling a little better. The shakes are challenging. The pureed stage will be here before you know it some of you sooner than me. One of the first things I want to make it the ricotta bake So in the mean time take it easy and heal. Happy Sunday!!

I had my surgery the day before you did. The first night and part of the next day was really rough but it gets better every day. This morning went a lot better then yesterday. Know that each day gets better.

Congrats to both of you! It does get better every day....
I am 2 weeks post op as of today
I had back pain after a few days, but even that got better!
Just focus on each day... Each hour if needed!
This is going to be a GREAT New Year for each of us!!!

shakes make me gag but I force to drink it. broth is tasteless and I wondering how I am going to do this for 2 weeks until I can have strained creamy Soups. This is tough.

I want to join the end of Dec 2014 sleevers! I had my surgery 12/30 and came home this am. Did a sub group get formed that I can be added to? 2015 is going to be awesome - this year I know the loose weight resolution is going to happen due to my new tool so I'm not alone!

Hi girls! I am here, too! @mgmboston surgery passed, wow. Glad to hear you are okay! How about Tomato juice with unflavored Protein? Just a thought... @Grandom tweeties congrats for n your surgery! How time flies and now on the mend! The rest of you I hope with all of the Christmas shenigans you are surviving with parties etc. I am having my surgery on the 30th!!! Ahhhh!!!
