Countdown to a new me!

I FINALLY got my date! February 10 is the day! I'm so excited!!! I start my 4 WEEK pre-op diet on 13 January!

That's good news! My knees and back have been hurting worse and worse the last month or so. Not sure why but losing weight will surely help!

You will not believe the difference! I used to be hooked on Advil, but now I feel great as long as I get to the gym once in a while. My back, oh my back feels so much better. Talk about great side effects...
