  1. I am on my third fill, and recieved it just before Christmas. I was pretty tight over the holidays, and experienced some nasty pb's etc.... I have been diligent with the workouts, and if I eat slow now I don't experience any problems. I delayed my next fill date because I think I am in my sweet spot. I am losing about 1-2 lbs per week, last week I lost 5! I'm not super hungry when I follow the band rules. Question is, is this a moving target? Will I eventually start eating more and fall out of the "zone"? Mike 340/285/225 -55!
  2. How can I tell if I am restricted or stuck? I just had my second fill, and if I eat slow, I can eat quite a bit. The problem is that I get stuck so easy now. PB and Slime...the whole thing. If I am getting stuck often, does that mean I have the right restriction?
  3. I've lost about 34 lbs since my surgery 6 weeks ago. I'm being very disciplined, but my hunger is killing me. Dr. said weight loss looks good, but I said "isnt this supposed to control hunger?" So they gave me a slight fill. What's the deal? I thought it was about controlling hunger, not sending you away cause you aren't snacking. If I wanted to use will power I would have tried another diet!!!
  4. Mine didn't come back, I've been on Mushies for 2 weeks, and have continued to lose. It depends on what you are eating, like anything else of course. It's nice to know that weight loss is yours to keep by and large. Just keep your food choices under control, it takes some creativity sometimes when you are on the mushies.
  5. I used a back vibrator on the spot that was affected, and it helped to disapate the bubble. I just have a little one from bed bath and beyond. It gave me pretty quick relief!
  6. band area, kinda thought it was acid or something, but its more physical. Haven't called doctor, I'm hoping it goes away......
  7. Thanks, I might have to do that tomorrow. Just frustrated!
  8. I ate too much last night, and today my stomach still hurts....is that a normal thing? I am barely moving to solid foods and don't have a feel yet for how much to eat.
  9. Hello, I'm 5 days post op and my stomach is starting to really want more than clear fluids..... any suggestions you veterans?
  10. My doc said size doesn't matter because they can lock you down no matter what. It pays to go larger, so that they can loosen you if needed.
  11. my doc didn't make me do a diet.....what is up with that?
