You are exactly right MrsRP, I am a year post surgery and lost 195 lbs. and that's what I found that hunger has diminished and you just fuel up with high protein small meals , drink your water and supplements.

I have been taking Flintstone complete chewable Vitamins for a year and have lost 195 lbs. my labs have been excellent. Print off some dollar off coupons online and walgreens pharm. usually has buy one get one half off. Works for me.

I am 7 days into 2-week liquid diet mysef , surgery on 22nd. so far so good. 1 lb a day loss so far. Protein mixed with skim milk x4. sugar free Jello, broth. raw veggies.Good luck

Happy for your results and sorry for your non support from your friends.I work in an industrial setting and have lost 40 lbs. pre op. and have had all positive encouragement from fellow male co-workers and friends.It must be your friends feel left behind.Hope a few come around and change their attitude.
