My journey started a year ago. I am 6 months post-op, I lost 40lbs pre-surgery and 80lbs since the sleeve. I do not regret my decision at all. I only regret not doing it 10 years ago. It has really changed my relationship with food. I believe you have to look at as a tool and like all good tool boxes you have multiple tools to do a job. Know ahead of time this is permanent. I needed permanent, time to get off the Yoyo.
