  1. Happy 10/11 month surgerversary! As of today, I am down 125lb and I just reached ONEderland! The weight loss has definitely slowed down, but I have seen great result with loosing inches, as I maintain my gym regiment. It is so amazing how much my life has change (for the better) over these past 11 months! I am enjoying being active with my kids and finally not having to pay extra for Plus sized clothing! YES! I know that I won't be at my goal weight by my 1 year mark, but I know that I will get there!

Alright September 2014 folks, what's going on? Post your updates!post-228557-14384358498974_thumb.jpg

  2. Hello my fellow September 2014 WLS folks! Let's talk progress.....

    HW - 323

    SW - 297

    CW - 207

    Total lost - 116 lbs! I started at a size 26 and I'm currently a size 14 (in "regular non-plus size" stores).

I am totally happy with my weight loss, but I can't wait to hit ONEderland! I had set a goal of being under 200 by my 40th birthday and I am not sure I am going to make it (I only have 4 days to go)! UGH... I know that I will get the soon, I'm just a bit disappointed ???? I just need to kick up my cardio and strength training!

    How's everyone else?

  3. I have lots. Mostly casual; shorts, summery dresses, tank tops and tees, a couple pairs of jeans. Tell me what you need. I have a whole pile waiting to go to Goodwill, but I can send it your way instead if you're interested.

Awesome! I am open to anything. I am currently in a size 16, but I am sure I will be in a 14 by the end of next month. Email me when you get this reply (ant2rent@yahoo.com)

    Thanks!

  4. I am also down about 66. I feel so great already where I am, but plan to lose another 40 or so. I am nearly to onederland! I bought some size medium tops the other day. Some were cut oversized and others are still a bit small, but amazing nonetheless. I have had breast reduction since my last major weightloss, so even then I was never smaller than a large. I have purchased a slew of designer jeans in size 12-14 that are waiting for me in my closet. I hope my thighs eventually get small enough to fit in them! @@redwings fan you are doing great! That is so sad when a dr. can't be encouraging. My dr and nut are nothing but encouraging so long as I am still losing!

Great job Notinks! Wow... you're almost in Onederland! How exciting! I am going to pushing really hard to get to Onederland in the next couple on months! Good luck with everything.

  5. Has anyone used Gwynnie Bee? Seems like it might be a good idea during weight loss.

I use Gwynnie Bee, but it's a little tricky. I started off with the 3 at a time program, but I couldn't figure out their logic for the closet items that they sent out. They are really fast at sending items out. I have found that some of their clothes run small.

  6. I'm doing OK as well. Down about 65 lb from surgery and about 95 over all. I started in a 2x-3x shirt and 24 pants and now wear a L-XL shirt and 16 pants. Every time I see my doctor though he tells me I am not doing enough and should be doing better so it is very frustrating and discouraging. I work out 4-5 days a week and am about half way through a couch to 5k program although my jogging is slow it is something. Signed up for my first 5k on May 1.

WOW! It sure sounds like you are doing a good job! Good luck with your 5k!

  7. Hello Fab

All is going good. I am glad to hear you are doing well. I had to stop working out due to a knee injury but I have lost 66 lbs. 44lbs from losing 100 lbs. It is amazing one day your clothes git and the next week they fall off. When I started out I was in a size 30/32 and currently wearing a 20. My hardest challenge is working out to firm up my skin. Keep up the good work. Talk to you soon

Great job! Size 20, that's awesome!

  8. Hello my September folks! How are things going? Here are my stats: HW: 323, SW: 297 and CW: 234. I am 11lbs from reaching a total of 100lb lost. I have stalled several times over the past 2 months. I am not too frustrated because I continue to drop clothing sizes.

I have been working out with a personal trainer for the past 3 weeks and I hope this will jump start my weight loss again.

How's the journey going for everyone else?

  10. Hello my September 2014 folks! How is everyone doing? How did you do during the holidays with all the sweets and treats. I think that I did a good job. I cooked and just made sure that my family knew that they would need to bring their own Desserts, as I would not be providing sweets! I am currently 50lbs down since the surgery (70lbs since starting my pre-surgery diet). I was hoping to be down 75lbs(95 total), but I had a serious stall for about 3 to 4 weeks! OMG! I am finally back on track!
