    We have to remember that we're consuming far less so there is far less coming out. I include Benefiber in my Greek yogurt to help out.

    It's been a very difficult process, I felt like a failure because things seemed way to easy I've had zero issues with any food and that was scary! At my one month post op my doctor assured me it was because I healed faster than most and I'm doing great. Still have to make the right choices of what I eat and sometimes it's difficult!

    Sleeved August 5th and I'm down 50.8lbs! I've had a few slow weeks but I'm doing great! I just finally let go of all my 26/28 sized pants because they were way to large and now I'm comfortably in a size 18! 23 more pounds and I'll be in onederland!

    I haven't noticed to much of a difference in the way I look with my weight loss. I have noticed that I have more energy and I do not get tired as quickly as I did before! My clothes are definitely not fitting the same on me. I would suggest cutting your chocolate shake with a bit if coffee to make like a mocha, that helped me out a lot! I weigh all of my food! I also buy soups and blend them smooth and have them for lunch. I've been having chicken from time to time too and that seems to be sitting well with my sleeve! I still have protein shakes which don't bother me as much as they did in the beginning. I grab one as a snack during the day. Another thing I've started is I set alarms in my phone for breakfast lunch and dinner and two snacks so that I make sure I'm getting the nutrition I need and also so I am not eating because of head hunger. It's working I'm down 6.1lbs from last week and only 4 weeks out I have 97.7lbs until I hit my goal weight!

    Tomorrow will be my 4 week VSG post-op and I've had every emotion you could imagine! 3 days post surgery I literally sat in by bathroom crying asking what the hell did I do to myself! But now as time has passed I'm realizing that I'm having to change everything I've ever known about eating and proper nutrition and exercise! This is a total lifestyle change and now I'm all in because a 32lbs loss in 3 weeks is no joke! It's working and I'm going to take full advantage of my restrictions of what I can eat because I have 110lbs to go to goal! Hang in there it will get easier!

    Two weeks post op today and I'm down 8lbs from last week. I'm worried because yesterday I felt hunger...granted I was traveling and had only 4oz of yogurt for breakfast and 4-5oz of tomato soup for lunch at noon and didn't have anything until almost 8pm which was 4oz of cottage cheese. I was hungry but it wasn't a major hunger pain but it freaked me out. I thought I would feel hunger for some time. Today I had. For breakfast I had a few bites of some egg whites and ground sausage and for lunch i had a protein shake.

    I am 14 days post op and things are getting better each day. I realized that I needed a better plan for meals while I am traveling. I have been stuck at the airport all day and trying to find smart foods I can eat is pretty difficult. Still on full liquids I can transition to soft foods starting day 14. I think I'm gonna hold off for a few more days and see if I can have a small price of fish later in the week.

    I'm going in at 7:30am for surgery . How's your progress? I totally understand! I found some soups and blended them smooth and the flavor is amazing! It's funny how much being on all liquids makes you appreciate flavors! Good luck!

    So I am 9 days post-op and I'm doing way better than last week! I lost 13lbs my first week out and I'm now at 253lbs. So amazing! I'm on full liquids and I'm able to have protein shakes, SF applesauce, Greek yogurt, SF pudding and jello and I've found some great Campbell's soups with tons of flavor and I'm blending them smooth and eat about 2-3 oz. I'm about to go out of town on business and I'm worried about business meals because nobody knows I had the surgery. But all in all I'm getting used to this and liking the results that I've had thus far. Good Luck Sleever's!

    I had my VSG surgery 08/05, I was super excited for the this new journey in my life and took the last 8 months to prepare for this. I'm an emotional mess today because I'm mourning food...I'm not hungry at all but I'm tired of what I've got for the next few weeks to eat. I'm not a sweets girl I'm more a savory food person and want that! I'm open to any ideas and I need to know if anyone else is having these issues too.

    I had my VSG done on 8/05 and I'm doing well. I'm seriously mourning real food! I'm actually emotional about it which I never expected. I prepared for surgery for 8 months and it's not what I expected. I need more ideas
