Im having the sleeve on aug. 11th. Starting my pre-op diet today monday, fluids and 30g of protein, to shrink my liver. I'm excited that the Sleeve surgery is finally in just 1 week, after doing all requirements from Optima Health, for a whole year. -

Every doctor has a different rule, to how many days on full liquid after sleeve surgery. My doctor tells me 1 week after. -
