  1. I don't have a problem drinking at least 64oz per day.... but I wish I were able to drink faster... Especially when working out and wanting Water. Now that I have found diet snapple and propel grape.... Things are soooo much easier. I don't normally get more than 16oz of plain water in each day but with all the teas, crystal light and other drinks mentioned.... I usually go over.

  2. Yes, I get all my Protein in....

I drink a shake just once a day. I do pure Protein shakes in the can 35g of Protein for Breakfast.

I usually eat a Greek yogurt (chobani 12g) at some point in the day.

I bought the GENEPRO Protein powder that people talk about on here. It's tasteless small scoops 30g of protein and you can add it to anything hot or cold. I usually add it to my Soups and it doesn't change the flavor or texture. I bought it on Amazon.

I have laughing cow cheese wedges, cottage cheese, egg or chicken salad and deviled eggs that add a nice amount of protein when needed.

Before I could actually eat.... The one Protein Shake that is only 11oz and the 1 scoop of GENEPRO was enough to put me at 65g of protein a day on its own. So it has never been an issue.

Now that I am able to add other stuff to the mix... It's just a better variety.

  3. I have heard a lot of great things from friends that do T-25.

The biggest plus is that it's only 30 minutes but it is not easy. It works if you work it properly.

I have seen great results with 21 day fix as well... The workouts are more beginner friendly but all of the BB workouts have a person doing an easier less advanced version of the moves. Those workouts are 30 minutes as well.

  4. I can't do more than walking and machine cardio either. I can't wait to throw some ab work and squats into the mix.

My surgeon told me that I just have to be patient and realize that the more you have to lose.... The faster you lose it. I guess I didn't start out big enough to drop those crazy numbers by week 3. I have seen lots of success stories from ppl who started out my size and smaller. I have also seen a lot of cheating and lack of exercise and yet they still lost a significant amount of weight by 4 months.

I'm going to "try" and put my scale away after Monday.... I don't want to be disappointed each morning.

  5. It has been 2 weeks.... How is everyone doing? Anyone still feeling pain? How are your incisions healing? And NSV's to speak of?

I am doing great.... I had my first follow-up appt with my surgeon. Everything is fine and on track so I see him again in 2 weeks. I saw him before but it wasn't a follow up as much as to take the drain out.

Still pain free and completely comfortable but still itchy around my incisions sometimes.

    I have a few NSV's....

    1. I can wear my wedding rings and they are comfortable.

    2. I am almost a full size down.

    3. I am wearing undies that were too small before

    4. My feet are changing and shoes are already getting loose.

It's a start and I am over the moon about #1

And my surgeon says that I can start doing ab work and weights in a week. Yay!!!

    What about you?
