  7. yes I still got 22 lbs to get to my goal weight, which is the Doc's goal for me. HW: 342, SW: 340, CW: 201, GW: 180, Surgery date 4/8/15
  8. 15 months post op and still have 22 lbs to go before goal weight (dr goal)...no regrets...best decision of my life[emoji3]
  9. Got 32 pounds left to get to GW 180...[emoji3]
  10. You look amazing. We started at the same weight and I've been stuck at 224. Can you provide me any pointers? Oh and when was your surgery date? If you don't mind me asking? My surgery was 11/10/15 and I lost a good chunk pre op. But def just don't stress the scales and numbers. It just makes it all painful! For me the scale moved more the more work I put in at the gym. And diet wise I try and stick to mostly lean Proteins, seafood, sashimi and veggies and drink tons of Water. you'll get there! I'm at 199 now.that is amazing and hope to get to 199 by my birthday, which is in July.
  11. You look amazing. I was about 20lbs more than you, my surgery weight. But I didn't think it was possible for anyone in the 3s to get to onederland and you are living proof. I've been stuck at 224 for like over a month and can't seem to get the scale to move but you give me hope? Can you offer some pointers?

  13. That is terrible, and I feel for you. I'm still pretty early out post op and have not lost 100 lbs yet, but I know that once I do things will be different for me as well. I say, let them hate, and keep doing you. Don't let these ignorant folks stress you out. Just pray for them. Stay strong and continue your success.
  14. @@mzblaze36, what was your goal, and how long did it take you to get to onederland? Your success is an inspiration to me.
  15. How long did it take you to lose the 93lbs?? U look amazing congrats!!!! I've lost 80lbs in 3.5 mo and 93lbs from my heaviest. And thank you! I feel so much better now! What is your secret? Because I'm 3 mos post op and only lost 50 lbs. I would love to know what you did so I can speed my weight loss up like that. Help a sista out...lol
  16. Thanks Alex for motivating me to stop obsessing over the scale and shift that focus more on the diet plan. I was one of the ones that felt like I wasn't losing fast enough, but that had a lot to do with my nutritionist telling me that as well. In 6 weeks I lost a total of 31 pounds at the time I saw her last week and she advised me that by 6 weeks I should have already lost between 45-48 lbs. Talk about a real downer...You're excited about any weight loss only for your nutritionist to say, "Sorry, you're losing weight too slow." Maybe I'm not the only one here who has a nutritionist who has criticized their weight loss. But after speaking to all of you I'm not concerned anymore. I'll lose at my own pace and remembering that this is not a competition.
