      Go to the drugstore and get cranberry tablets. Then get some cranberry juice or cran-grape or whatever you can tolerate (I get the sugar free from the supermarket) and drink that too. In addition to the antibiotics from the doctor, the cranberries will help prevent you from getting a new UTI. Good luck.

  2. Ugh ... my first stall! 4 weeks post-op and 4 days at the same weight. Frustrating but I know this too shall pass.

      It will pass, I did the same thing at the same time. My stall lasted almost a week....ugghhh

      AWSOME!!! Congrats!!!!! Isn't it great????!!! I too am super happy. I'm 4 months out, and 59 lbs down.... ectatic and feeling amazing!!!

       

  4. Did my first 30 min walk today ... feel good. Going to try it again after dinner. I have sciatica pain but and it hurts to walk ... hoping over time I can walk it out.

  5. I'm home! Dr D was very pleased with how the surgery (Tuesday) went. He already told me this morning I can stop my diabetes medicine YEA!!! Will post more a little later. Need to go lay down for a bit.

  6. Waiting all done, tests finished, pictures and measurements taken ...Off to surgery 5:30 am this morning!!!! YEA!
